The way kids learn to interact with their dolls many times will carry over to home life.  You’ll find that the kids tend to be more responsible with things like doing their chores and completing homework in a timely fashion.  It also helps to get kids to a place the quickest where they don’t need their parents.  Somehow I’ve found that it helps to rear more integrated and responsibly functional kids.  It also helps to keep the fun brewing inside of the child, something we adults seem to lose along the way.  Who would have thought that dressing dolls in array of fashions, hugging and loving them would have such far reaching implications?
